WHAT IM LOOKING TO ACCOMPLISH💪
I am bird dogging right now to build up my experience with RV Parks so that me and my team can actually take down our own after maybe 3 deals. I also bird dog SFR in the Atlanta market as well. For RV Parks, our buyers are looking for parks in the sunbelt states, 30+ pads, with nice amentities, expandable space, minimum NOI of 250K, and prefer to purchase through creative finance.
