Strange NDA🤔
Hey everyone. So I have a situation I'm wondering about that happened to me today with an NDA. Now I've signed plenty of NDA's, but I've never signed one to where the connectors fee, and the brokers fee are on the NDA for 1-3%. They're wanting me to sign, gauranteeing that they would get that 1-3% at closing. I wrote them back and said i can't sign this because i can't gaurantee that 1-3%. If the underwriting is tight, there might not be enough for the 1-3%. Hope that makes sense. Has anyone ever seen an NDA like this?
And my second question is, am I wrong or right for not signing?
