Let's Create a Community We're Proud Of Welcome to Confidence On Command Lab. This community exists to encourage growth, celebrate progress, and help one another become more confident leaders in every area of life. To keep this space positive and valuable, we ask every Champion to follow these simple guidelines. Lead with Respect Honor different experiences and perspectives. We can disagree respectfully without being disrespectful. Encourage More Than You Criticize We're here to build confidence. Speak life. Offer encouragement. Celebrate progress. Protect Confidentiality People may share personal experiences here. Please respect their privacy. What's shared here should stay here unless someone gives permission to share it elsewhere. No Spam We're here to build relationships first. If you have something valuable to share, make sure it serves the community rather than simply promoting yourself. Participate Growth happens through engagement. Ask questions. Share wins. Celebrate others. Complete lessons. Encourage someone. Own Your Story Your story matters. Someone in this community may need the courage you've already found. Share authentically. Lead humbly. Grow intentionally. Together, we're building something bigger than confidence. We're building leaders. Thank you for helping make this community a place where everyone feels welcome. With confidence, Nakisha Jolanda Gregory

Welcome, Champions! 👋
I'd love to get to know you. Please introduce yourself by sharing: ✨ Where you're from ✨ What you do ✨ One area where you want to become more confident ✨ One goal you're working toward this year Let's encourage one another throughout this journey! I'll go first... Aloha, Champions! I'm Nakisha, originally from Columbia, South Carolina, and I now call Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi home. 🌺 I'm a U.S. Navy Veteran, currently working in Behavioral Health, and I'm also earning my degree in Mass Communication. My long-term goal is to become a Professor of Business, where I can teach, mentor, and help develop the next generation of leaders. One area where I want to become more confident is branding myself. My background is in public relations, so I've always found it easy to help clients build their brands. Now I'm intentionally learning to give that same level of attention, strategy, and confidence to building my own. One of my biggest goals this year is growing the Confidence On Command Lab into a community where people feel seen, supported, challenged, and inspired. My vision is for this classroom to become more than just a collection of lessons. I want it to be a place where leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, Veterans, and anyone on a journey of personal growth can find practical tools, meaningful conversations, and a community that helps them build lasting confidence and stronger leadership skills. I'm so glad you're here, and I can't wait to learn more about each of you. Now it's your turn! 👇🦚

🧿 Credibility Speaks Before You Do.
Trust may open the door, but credibility determines whether people invite you back. Last week, we explored how trust is built through consistent behaviors. This week, let's take the next step. Trust creates the opportunity. Credibility determines whether the opportunity continues. Within my Building Business Bonds framework, I call this Behavioral Credibility. Behavioral Credibility is the confidence people place in you when your actions consistently validate your character, your values, and your word. It isn't earned through titles, promises, or good intentions. It's earned through behavior. Every interaction answers one silent question people are asking about your leadership: "Can I believe what I see?" Ask yourself... 🎯 Do your daily actions strengthen the reputation you're working so hard to build? Reputation is shaped by repeated behaviors, not isolated moments. 🗣️ Do people experience the same leader behind closed doors that they see in public? Authenticity eliminates uncertainty. 🤝 Do your commitments survive inconvenience? Credibility is proven when keeping your word becomes costly. 🌱 Are today's behaviors moving you closer to the leader you say you want to become? Influence grows where consistency and character intersect. People may admire what you say, but they'll trust what you consistently do. Because credibility isn't built through one remarkable performance. It's established through ordinary behaviors repeated with extraordinary consistency. Long-term influence isn't built on promises. It's built on behaviors people never have to question. That's The Behavior Behind the Bond. 💬 Question for you: What's one consistent behavior that immediately makes someone more credible in your eyes? I'd love to hear your perspective in the comments. If you're ready to strengthen your leadership through intentional, relationship-centered behaviors, join me inside the Building Business Bonds classroom in the Confidence On Command Lab on Skool, where we explore practical frameworks for confidence, communication, trust, influence, and lasting leadership.

🦚 Day 23 of 23 Days to Command Your Confidence | Command
Today marks the completion of our 23 Days to Command Your Confidence journey. What an incredible milestone! This video was recorded last year, but the lesson has only grown deeper with time. Looking back, I realize this journey was never just about teaching confidence. It was about living it. Over these past 23 days, we've built something together. We've strengthened our identity. We've transformed our inner voice. We've expanded our capacity. We've established healthier boundaries. We've built meaningful relationships. We've learned to communicate, collaborate, serve, and lead with purpose. One intentional decision at a time, we've built a foundation that extends far beyond these lessons. Today's Champion's Thought: I command my life by leading myself with integrity, serving others with excellence, and living with unwavering purpose. Today's reflection: Complete this sentence: "From this day forward, I choose __________." Whatever your word is, let it guide your decisions, shape your leadership, strengthen your relationships, and become part of your legacy. Remember, Champion... Command isn't about controlling others. It's about leading yourself so consistently that your life reflects your values before you ever say a word. If you've completed all 23 days with me, congratulations! I'm so proud of the commitment you've made to your growth. And if today is your first day, welcome. There is still a place for you here, and there is still time to begin. This may be the final lesson of the series, but it is only the beginning of the leader you're becoming. Thank you for trusting me to walk this journey with you. It has been an honor to grow alongside you.
