Finishing concrete
Finishing concrete is the process of smoothing, leveling, and texturing freshly poured concrete to create a durable and aesthetically pleasing surface. It begins with striking off excess concrete, followed by floating to level ridges, and then creating edges with an edger. The surface is then typically smoothed with a trowel or given a decorative finish like a broom finish, before it is allowed to cure.
