What threshold are you standing at right now?
I will go first:
Hi everyone, I'm Joshua (I write under the pen name Tiberius Ryuu).
By profession I'm an ISA Certified Arborist on Cape Cod. By calling, I'm a writer, former addictions counselor, and founder of Awen Awakenings. I am a father, business owner and a hobby musician. Over the past year I've published The Path of Becoming series and recently completed The Rite of Becoming, a book exploring the role of modern rites of passage in helping men navigate purpose, identity, and responsibility.
The threshold I'm standing at right now is moving from creating ideas to building a living community around them.
Writing books is a solitary pursuit. Building a community asks something very different of me. It requires trust, consistency, and a willingness to create spaces where meaningful conversations can happen long after the books have been read.
I'm looking forward to learning alongside all of you. Welcome, and thanks for being here.
