How do you work things out when your head feels busy? ๐ฟ
One tool I use a lot is the GROW model:
๐ฑ Goal --- What do you want here? Try to keep it to one clear sentence.
๐ Reality --- Whatโs going on right now? Whatโs getting in the way?
๐พ Options --- What could you do? List a few, even if theyโre not perfect.
๐ป Way forward --- Whatโs one step youโll take next?
I like it because it gives just enough structure without making it too complicated ๐ผ
You can write it all in a journal or use it in a conversation with someone else ๐ท
