If you're not making any sales right now, you need to read this because...
Nobody will ever give you money if you don't fix your sh*tty offer.
I mean it.
It wasn't pretty.
It was actually brutal.
You are all making the EXACT same mistakes as each other.
Which is why nobody is buying what you're trying to sell.
This is why when people work with me/my team, the first thing we do is fix their offer.
From there, we help them sell it, and they make a ton of money.
Other coaches are too scared to say what I say so they let their clients suffer.
But whatever.
Let them be scared.
I'm here to help you.
For free.
So keep reading.
Here are the top 3 mistakes I see ALL OF YOU (our non-clients) making with your offers:
Mistake #1: You haven't specified who it's for.
You're trying to help everyone.
You think: "I can help lots of different people!"
The result? You end up helping no one because people are not attracted to generalists.
You can't possibly speak the language of a basketball player if you're also helping busy, burnt out moms ๐
The fix: Have a clear, spear headed label of your ideal customer.
Example: Single moms.
Look how clear and simple that is!
More examples:
Online coaches
Personal trainers
Plumbers
Highschool soccer players
Female actors
Christian dads
NONE of you are being that specific and clear.
But you need to be.
And yes, even if you are targeting JUST VEGANS, you can still work with meat eaters or vegetarians if you want - but your marketing needs to be focused on JUST VEGANS.
Mistake #2: The 'end result' of your offer sucks.
And I mean SUCKS!
It's not highly desirable - at all.
It's not quantifiable - at all.
A lot of your end results are things like: feel better. get more out of life. be on purpose. be confident.
Dude.
Nobody is going to pay you for that.
If you want to sell high ticket, and you're not mega famous, you need to pick a big 4 end result. Big 4:
1) Relationships. Examples: fix your marriage or find your soulmate or get more dates on Tinder. NOT relationships with self.
2) Money. Examples: make more money or save more money.
3) Pain relief. Examples: eliminate neck pain or knee pain or back pain forever. NOT emotional pain.
4) Beauty. Examples: Weight loss or muscle building or body sculpting or anti aging.
That's it.
Those 4 only.
Stop trying to sell what YOU want to teach.
Just sell what the market is already buying.
Once you sell what the market wants to buy, you can then teach what you want to teach INSIDE your program.
Also, your process/tool is NOT the end result.
Juice fasting is a process/tool.
Meditation is a process/tool.
Content is a process/tool.
I see a lot of you thinking the process/tool IS the end result.
No.
Please stop.
Nobody wants to pay money to juice fast, or meditate, or make content ๐
They want to pay money to get a big 4 end result, and they'll USE juice fasting, meditation, and/or content to make it happen.
Mistake #3: You're using overly used vague terms and weak descriptors like: "burnt out" and "stuck in life" and "purpose driven".
WTF do those words/phrases even mean?
Nobody knows.
Not even you.
So stop using them.
The fix: Use objective, tangible, and easy to define words.
Words that would hold up in the court of law.
Words that everyone can easily agree on the definition of.
Words that paint the picture of a Big 4 End Result.
