Turn Off Autopilot, Be Intentional with Your Time
It’s easy to drift through your day without realizing where your time is going. Scrolling your phone, mindlessly multitasking, or getting caught up in “busy work” can make you feel productive, but is it moving you closer to your goals? Here’s how to turn off autopilot and be intentional:
  • Audit your time: Spend a day tracking where your time goes—you might be surprised.
  • Prioritize what matters: Align your schedule with the tasks that actually move you forward.
  • Cut the distractions: Remove apps, notifications, or habits that steal your focus.
Time is your most valuable asset, you can’t get it back. Start being intentional. Each day, ask yourself: Is this task moving me closer to where I want to be? Live with purpose, not passivity.
