I used to think I needed to churn out video after video to grow. But after burning out on 5 channels, I realized 𝐈 𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐧’𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨𝐬 – 𝐈 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐞𝐳𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐎𝐍𝐄.

Here’s the formula that flipped the script:

The 1:3 Automation Rule (Tested, tweaked, and abused on all my channels):

𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠-𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦, 𝐈:

❶ Clip 2 Shorts (10-15 sec) – ChatGPT writes the hooks. I pick the spiciest moment and let it ride.

❷ Summarize in the Community Tab – Hit subs with a TL;DR + sneak peek for the next vid.

❸ Email Blast – Push it with a subject line like “Why This Video Almost Got Me Banned.”
