The Weekly Tracker Every Skooler Needs!
Skip to the end for the tracker.
Thought I'd share this, since it helped me over the last few months. First some context:
So last year August is when we actually go serious about skool and conversions. But the problem was: I didn't know if I was making progress or not (I had no real evidence to know if what I was doing worked) Just vibes.
In November I decided, "no fuck this, I need real data" and started tracking the daily/weekly data that I had. (I don't know why it took that long to figure it out but anyways)
I then put together some shitty tracker, the data was all over the place. Because I also didn't the tracker to be overwhelming and super complicating. After each day I sat there doing each calculation like an idiot.
So I sat down and created simple formulas to automate all calculations to make it easy and seamless.
Here it is: Skool Tracker
Make a copy of it and change to fit your workflow
How this works:
Sheet 1 → Inbound Traffic
  • Your daily activity → new members → calendly links sent → booked onboarding call %'s → meetings scheduled today → show up rates → good fit rate (ICP)
  • Do not fuck with the green cells. They're automated.
Sheet 2 → Sales Calls
  • Number of sales calls → show ups → show up rate → close rate
  • Green cells. Don’t touch.
Sheet 3 → Skool Conversion Rate
  • At the end of each week, input your conversion rate
  • After 4 weeks, it auto-calculates your monthly average
Feel free to change with up tho, to fit your workflow. This tracker changed our business. A lot easier to find our bottleneck now.
Try it, tweak it, and let me know what happens.
Are you tracking your numbers?
No, I just guess
Yes! I'm a data freak
