Short Guide: How I fixed my Performance as an Entepreneur
What's up, man? I hope you’re having a great day!
In the past few months I was able to figure out how to boost my performance as an entrepreneur, student and athlete to ultimately make more money, play better and while also getting decent grades.
I also didn’t just help myself but several others who are on the same path as me.
And it was all about the right nutrition :)
I’ll be short and concise, in the future I will definitely post a longer version though ;)
So let’s get into it, shall we?
Steps:
1.Goals2.Awareness
3.Deficiencies?
4.Build the diet
5.End results
1.Goals
Define your goals. Wait what? How does that relate to my diet?Let me explain.
You don’t just eat good food because “you want to be healthy”.
That’s bullshit.
You eat to fuel your body and mind for the work ahead.
So define your current goals.
To hit those, are you taking a lot of calls (need endurance), creating a lot (more focus) or something entirely different?
After you’ve done that, go to the next step.
2.AwarenessLook at what you’re CURRENTLY eating/drinking 80% of the time and track that for a day using an app like Cronometer.
Look at your consumption of food on a daily basis.
Look at the macronutrients.
Then the micronutrients.
To change habits, you need to be aware of them.
3.Deficiencies
That’s why you’re not gaining muscle. Can’t focus. Low-energy. List goes on.
When you have symptoms of health OR performance issues, it will most likely relate to your diet.
You probably have some.
You may be low in protein, fats or in specific vitamins or minerals like iron, B1 or Magnesium.
Different deficiencies will affect either your sleep, endurance, mental clarity, focus etc etc…
4.Build your diet
Don’t skip this one lol.
Now that you know what you’re deficient in, build a diet that fills your needs, goals, and will give you superhuman strength and mental clarity.
Include eggs, meat, fish, fruits, honey and diary (if you’re tolerant).
Have a high-protein, high-fat breakfast with low to zero carbs to avoid morning sleepiness and brain fog.
You should have at least 2g of protein/kg of body weight.
Make fats your body's primary fuel for optimal energy levels!
Carbs are based on your activity levels.
Light Activity: 3-5 g/kg/day
Moderate Activity: 5-7 g/kg/day
High Activity: 6-10 g/kg/day
Step 5: Look at the results
Use Cronometer again to see how nutrient dense your diet is now.
If you implement even half of these strategies, I can almost GUARANTEE you’ll be 10x focused and energized as an entrepreneur and as a result make way more cash
If you’ve got any questions, drop them below I’ll personally make sure respond to every single one of them
Peace
