Getting Started on Skool
Perfect, super glad to have you here if you're reading this. Most people here interested in why the heck they would want to waste any time on Skool or building communities in general when we're all so busy. *Think of Communities like a literal community. A place where a bunch of different people are working together for the common good. To help each other. Advantages of Skool and Owning Communities: -Groups and communities are technically just Follow Up. This is how you actively follow up and give value to all of your audience or leads. -It doesn't have to be about money. It can literally be something nice you are doing for people who have an interest in whatever your community is about. -You DO NOT need to be a guru. When you do a community now you can bring in super stars even if you aren't one or barely have a following. Literally you could just connect people in the same niche with the things they need to do what they want to do or find somebody else who can help them. -It doesn't really cost you anything to get started. You can start a group on Skool and it's free for the first 14 days and that'll give you enough time to see if you can make it make money or get some experience and even if you don't want to pay for the group you built you can archive it until you have you audience together and always pick up and get started again. We all get distracted and you might too and just don't give up, the game's never over. -You're getting your people off Facebook where you have no control over where you rank on their page other than using paid ads. I have seen a huge decrease in traffic on business related posts that aren't sponsored, not sure if you have experienced or noticed this as well. Please comment below and introduce yourself.
