Everything is frequency and light. In every tradition, creation begins with vibration. “Word,” Naad, Shabd, sound current, prana, chi. Physics names it frequency; Mystics call it light. Your field is a living orchestra. Dis-ease is often dis-sonance. When we apply the Rays as color‑light qualities (love, wisdom,,etc) and pair them with sound, breath, and intention, we invite coherence: The rhythms of the heart, brain, and biofield begin to harmonize. In coherence, the system can self‑correct, tension releases, clarity increases, and the next kind action becomes obvious. The Seven Rays are like tuning forks for consciousness and each Ray has its own Ascended Master Chohan. Each week, you will align with these Masters of the Rays, learn to work with the corresponding crystal frequencies, chakras and specific prayer decrees to tune your field.
