Freezing. I lose my nerve and choke up when stakes get high.
Avoidance. I bolt at the first sign of tension. Better yet, I don't show up at all!
Masking. I nod along and agree and always say yes because I don't want to upset anyone or take up space.
Overwhelm. I get anxious, my heart races, I sweat, and I walk away without even knowing what I actually said.
