Introduction
Good day to everyone in the diving community!
My name is Ruan Fick, I am a South African Navy diver with 4 years diving experience (SCUBA and SSDE) transitioning into the commercial sector. I am currently busy doing my Class IV, III, II and DMT. Upon completion of my training I would love to get remote work and preferably start my offshore career.(After completing my offshore survival etc.)
I would love to get some feedback of people who has been working as commercial divers, on how to transition from inshore to offshore without wasting valuable time.
