Welcome to the Commercial Detailer Blueprint!
First things first: Welcome. If you’re here, it’s because you have an open mind and a drive to move past "garage hobbyist" methods and toward Professional Mastery. Who am I? I’m a former car detailer from Finland, veteran of the high-pressure commercial shop floor, having worked with Finland's major car dealerships. I didn’t learn to detail in a weekend; I learned it over the years paving my way from employee to supervisor, and finally as an entrepreneur. By the time I hung up my professional polisher, I had completed and inspected total over 4,500+ cars. From high-volume daily drivers to precision work on brand-new Porsches and Cupras, I’ve seen every mistake, every chemical reaction, and every "impossible" stain. I’ve been the employee and the business owner, and I know exactly where the money is wasted and where the time is lost. 🎯 Why this group exists The "Blueprint" isn't about flashy foam cannons for social media. This community is built for one clear purpose: giving you the exact systems and efficiency frameworks needed to dominate the dealership floor and maximize your hourly profit: - Commercial Efficiency: Getting high-end results in a fraction of the time. - The "Pro Eye": Learning to "tune by eye" and understand surface chemistry instead of just reading a bottle. - Cost Management: Using less product to make more profit. - Supportive Community: A place where we point each other in the right direction, share our wins, and learn from our "comebacks." 🏁 Your First Mission I believe a challenge is an opportunity to grow. To get started, follow these two quick steps: 👉 STEP 1: Unlock your starter guides. Head over to the Classroom Tab and open The Open Blueprint. It’s completely free and covers our exact safety inspection protocols, honest tool setup, and the 12-step assembly line work process to get you started on the right path. 👉 STEP 2: Introduce yourself. Drop a comment below and let us know: 1. Where are you in your journey? (Are you just starting out, a seasoned pro, or somewhere in between?) 2. What is your favorite car? (The one that made you fall in love with detailing, or the one you dream of working on.) 3. Post a photo of your latest work! Don't worry if it's not a Porsche — we respect the hustle on every level.

We’re Just Getting Started (A Quick Update from the Bay)
Hey everyone! Right now, The Detailing Foundation and the Portfolio / Gallery are live and ready for you to dive into. Go check out the 12-Step Assembly Line and drop a comment on where your biggest time leaks are happening. As for the PRO and VIP Tiers: These are currently under construction. I am actively recording the deep-dive video modules, building out the operational checklists, and packaging the exact contract strategies I used with major dealerships. The advanced content will be dropping over the coming weeks. Because you are the very first ones here, you get a front-row seat while the paint is still wet. If there is a specific bottleneck you are facing right now—whether it's hitting that 2-hour detail limit or trying to land your first dealership contract—drop it in the comments below. I might just build the next video around your exact problem. Let's get to work!

🚀 PRO Tier Module 1 Is LIVE: Stop Chasing Perfection (The Speed Matrix)
The very first strategic video module inside the PRO Tier Classroom is officially live and ready for you to sink your teeth into. We aren't talking about specific chemicals or polishers today. We are talking about the ultimate cornerstone of commercial detailing: your mindset and the shop clock. If you treat a high-mileage used trade-in the same way you treat a premium exhibition car, you are actively burning your own profits. Volume detailing requires speed, and speed requires a strategy. In this quick, 4-minute masterclass, we break down: The 3 Speed Tiers: How to instantly categorize a vehicle to hit strict 30-minute, 1.5-hour, or 3-hour turnaround targets. Condition Blending: The art of making a heavy blemish 80% better so it blends into the real-world condition of the car, keeping the sales manager happy without destroying your hourly rate. 💬 Your Action Step for Today: Once you finish the video, come back to this thread and drop a comment: What is the single biggest "time-killer" bottleneck in your shop right now? Is it chasing deep scratches on cheap cars? Is it stubborn pet hair? Let me know below, and let’s start diagnosing your workflow bottlenecks together. P.S. Next week, I'm drop-testing a live "Liability Walkaround" video filmed on a standard 10-year-old car to show you exactly how to cover your assets before you ever touch a buffer. Stay tuned! 🏎️🔥
