I love this answer from Archangel Raphael about coherence. While we learn and practice this balance, our crystals can assist in keeping our fields clear. So, think of your Black Tourmaline and Bronzite bracelets, or any other wards you may employ, as second line of defense.
This way you don't get into a mode of pushing against which creates resistance and backlash but you can stay in a state of centered knowledge that you are protected. Yay!
