Following on yesterday's post, I am curious to know if you have taken a breath yet?
I am really wanting to bring awareness on our breathing this week. Have you even noticed it? Are you breathing through your nostrils? Your mouth? Is your belly expanding on the inhale? or not? Is your breath long and calm or a little shallow? Do you feel any constriction in your body? Are you stressed? or are you feeling pretty good?
Tell me. I really want to hear and help you gain awareness on how present you are currently with your body 🧡 There is absolutely no right or wrong answer here. Just being truthful with yourself and if you feel incline to share it in this community, then please do so. Everything starts from within you know and I am here to guide you back there 🤗
