Isaiah speaks of “perfect peace.” This doesn’t mean life is always calm. It means God’s presence can meet us even in the middle of our worries. Peace often grows in small ways: - a pause - a breath - a quiet prayer - a reminder that we are held. You’re welcome to share one small thing that brings you calm.
🌿 Wednesday — Midweek Prayer Practice
Today’s practice is a simple breath prayer. As you inhale, pray: “God of peace…” As you exhale, pray: “…steady my heart.” Repeat slowly for a few breaths. Even a few quiet moments can bring calm.
