Oooo I didn’t put in the dates this week did I? Let’s add those here , now What a week it has been! Wowsers! It’s been long, it’s been transformative, it’s felt like a scrubbing of the decks and here we are at the 10th fully aware that there is absolutely something different about this year! We have that number 1 energy of passion and drive cheering us on with the last few weeks of the Wood Snake clearing the decks, preparing the groundwork We have timelines folding and morphing sometimes right in front of us creating a new pathway as we walk forward in the direction of what we hope is a fantastic manifestation of our dreams, goals and desires That can make you have a wobble or two as you progress, it’s almost like you can feel the paving slabs find their place as you put your foot on them - like they are not real until you step on them Such a bizarre feeling! 🤪 The only way I have found, that gets you through without too much vertigo or sea sickness is to breathe, relax, take one step at a time and to go with the flow You may not understand You may not know where the path is leading If you surrender to the flow things will feel gentler, calmer and the mists will lift bringing clarity and second sight If it feels ick then stop and change direction If there is overwhelm then stop, take a breath, have a drink, something to eat and a recharge then you can continue when you feel ready If it feels ok then breathe and continue Learning your boundaries (and they may be different ones to the ones you had before) is imperative for this year Know your yes and your no Life will be clearer and happier because of it Happy Saturday xx
