Salutations!! 👋
I have been in the kitchen well over 20 years, but have a love-hate relationship with macaron & want to put in the work to get this right. I’m one of 5 or 6 bakers making macaron in my area, but I feel like mine aren’t as moist or aesthetic as ones I see online
