Please read the community rules - for your and everyone's safety

1. Educational Scope & No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Membership in this community is a subscription for educational content and peer support only. It is not a medical retainer. Participation - including interactions during live webinars - does not constitute a formal doctor-patient relationship with Dr. Miguel Damas. This fee does not include clinical consultations or personalized treatment plans. Always consult your own certified protocol physician for medical prescriptions and clinical decisions.

2. Dosage, Lab Discussions & Assumption of Risk

You are welcome to discuss dosages and share lab results (PTH, Vitamin D, Calcium, etc.) to learn from others. However, you acknowledge that the Coimbra Protocol involves high-dose supplements requiring strict medical supervision. By participating, you agree that any information shared is anecdotal and you assume all risk for how you apply it. You agree to hold Dr. Miguel Damas and the moderation team harmless from any health outcomes resulting from the self-adjustment of your protocol.

3. No Peer-Prescribing

To protect the safety of all members, "peer-prescribing" is strictly prohibited. You may share what you take, but you may not tell another member what they should take. Directing others to change their doses or stop medications will result in immediate moderation.

4. Emergency & Crisis Protocol

This community is not an emergency service and is not monitored 24/7. If you experience symptoms of hypercalcemia (nausea, excessive thirst, confusion) or any medical emergency, stop your supplements and contact your local emergency services or your personal physician immediately. Do not post urgent medical questions here expecting an immediate clinical response.

5. Respectful Public Debate

We encourage scientific curiosity and respectful public debate. However, personal attacks, disrespect toward moderators, or inflammatory remarks will result in removal. We are a "Safe Haven" focused on healing.

6. Privacy & Health Data (GDPR)

By posting lab results or health history, you provide explicit consent for this "Special Category Data" to be visible to other members of this private community. You are strictly prohibited from sharing, "scraping," or distributing other members' health data outside of this group.

7. Rule Violations & Forfeiture

To maintain the integrity of this space, we reserve the right to remove members who violate this Charter. In the event of removal for rule-breaking, the monthly membership fee for that period will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
