Having MS for me has become part of my life but others don’t recognise it- symptoms are not visible. I don’t need sympathy but I find it really hard to deal with it emotionally as my mind is always focused on my tingling down my legs or fearful of falling as legs feel heavy. Is there anything to help? 4. Is collagen powder ok as an addition io the protocol ?

Thank you Dr Damas for setting this community. It was much needed I think. I am keen to hear stories - what diet/exercises worked for people in addition to standard protocol. Everyone’s experience is different I understand but hearing positive stories is always re assuring.
