Greetings from Asturias, Spain

Hello everyone, this is Manuel, from Asturias, Spain.

With my wife, we own a small specialty coffe take away called Soul Coffee, located in the center of Gijon.

We've been up and running for 2 years+, grew our every day customer base a 100%, and improved our sales x2, but we have felt stuck at this point for a few months and been hesitating wether to keep trying or selling the shop. Not because the business isn't delivering, but because we've put into it so much from us, put our lives 200% into being the baristas, baking, managing social media, doing purchases, accounting and cleaning and etc etc, that it felt like it wasn´t paying off for all of these hours.

Thanks to a friend of us, we met Juan and started the mentorship this week, so we are making our very big last effort to make this little coffe (that we completely love ) straighten up and keep it running.

I´ll try to keep up with the posts and give a little insight of how we move forward and how do we feel about it, so everyone can track our journey!
