💥 Client Spotlight: 10lbs down in 10 weeks 🤩
When this lovely lady joined our 6-week program, she had only been diagnosed a few months. She put on 7kg after her diagnosis, and was constantly fatigued from her new lifestyle. Even though she knew exercise would help her feel better, she couldn't find the energy to push through her days without a nap! Let alone a workout. 3-months later, she's down 10lbs and her energy levels have skyrocketed 🚀 She's now: ✅ Visibly toned with abs starting to show! ✅ Training 4x per week without crashing ✅ Enjoying a balanced, nutritious diet without feeling restricted ✅ Fitting back into clothes she couldn't before! With the tools she’s built and the confidence she’s gained, she’s now set up to carry this momentum forward for life 😊 It's not about the numbers on the scale, or short-term "fixes". It's the moments that count. These moments give us the optimism and motivation to keep pushing for the life we deserve, even on the days it gets tough ✨ If you’re reading this and feeling stuck or low on energy, it doesn't have to stay that way! Start by focusing on your nutrition and your movement. Build healthy habits here, one step at a time, and then progress to building up a good strength training routine. Again, progress this one step at a time! The small boring habits done consistently are what create sustainable change 😊 All the info you need is in the course and files section 🧡

💥 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: 17lbs Down in 12-Weeks 🤩
17lbs down in 12 weeks… and she hasn’t touched a treadmill once 👏 When this lovely lady joined our program, she hadn’t exercised consistently in over 5 years! She was exhausted, constantly bloated, and totally lost with her nutrition, even though she’d been diagnosed with coeliac disease two years earlier. She knew how to avoid gluten… but had no idea how to actually eat for energy, fat loss, and health. Fast forward 12 weeks and she’s: ✅ Down 17lbs and visibly leaner ✅ Strength training at home 3x per week (as a complete beginner!) ✅ Eating balanced, satisfying gluten-free meals that actually support her metabolism ✅ Less bloated, more energised, and finally feeling in control of her body again! ✅ "Starting to feel like my pre-diagnosis self again" No overwhelm. No fads. No guesswork. Just simple nutrition, smart training, and support tailored to her coeliac needs 💪✨ You don't need a fancy gym, or perfect conditions to start! Just the willingness to change and direction of where to go 🧡 If your energy is suffering and you want to dial in your nutrition to help, click here to watch how

Losing Weight as a Celiac
How long after diagnosis should I try to lose weight? I was diagnosed about two months ago at 44 years old. My weight is about 20lbs (Canadian) over where I like it to sit. It appears I’ve been celiac likely since I finished cancer treatment over 10 years ago but was finally diagnosed because my fatigue and iron were just getting worse and worse. My weight was going up I think because I was always hungry (not absorbing nutrients well) and always tired so not moving much. I’m starting to feel better now after two months gluten free and getting iron and B vitamin and a few other infusions. What I’m wondering is, should I start a weight loss journey now or should I let my body heal more first? I’m also of course perimenopausal which pays a role. My dr said she could put me on a weight loss drug if I haven’t lost weight in 6 months but if I could do it myself that would be nice. Thoughts? Anyone else have experience with being an overweight celiac?

💥 Client Spotlight - 19lbs down & More Energy Than Ever Before 🤩
This woman is PROOF that coeliac life doesn’t have to mean struggle. When she joined Coeliac Wellness Club, she was feeling stuck. Drained from long work hours, frustrated with her lack of progress, and struggling to stay consistent with her gluten-free diet. Living with gluten muggles made things even harder! She was slipping up and having gluten, which was taking a toll on her health. Leading to exhaustion, sluggishness, and low confidence. But instead of giving up, she took control and reached out for help! And it paid off in a big way 👏 She: ✅ Lost 19lbs and started feeling amazing in her body again ✅ Gained the confidence to go from home workouts to hitting the gym ✅ Built healthy habits that actually fit her lifestyle ✅ Finally understood how to fuel her body gluten-free without confusion She built strength and confidence, which led her to fall in love with training, and she started hitting the gym 4x per week! No complicated diets. No endless restrictions. Just structure, support, and a plan that made sense! And the best part? She was able to wear outfits she never would’ve worn before 🥰 This transformation shows what’s possible when you just follow the right structure! If you're starting where she was, remember you need to meet yourself where you're at now. Train from home 2x per week, focus on one healthy meal per day, and track your steps. Small healthy habits compound over time! Just let the snowball roll downhill without trying to go from 0 to hero! You deserve to feel strong, confident, and in control again 🧡
