Purpose Statement
At the intersection of Nonprofit Management, Movement Building, and Philanthropy, Coalesce Live invites people to examine how they lead, how their organizations operate, and how together we shape culture. Our purpose is to bridge the personal and the collective — exploring how identity informs our actions and how those actions ripple into society.
We are for people who recognize that we’re at an inflection point and that real change requires all of us to lead, collaborate, and differently.
We believe the future of real-world change will be led by individuals who can see beyond silos, lean into their own leadership growth, and challenge outdated strategy and management practices. It will be shaped by those willing to build truth-telling narratives, evolve the ways in which fundraising and philanthropy are practiced, and create cultures of trust, courage, and collaboration– rooted in community values and mission alignment.
