I think there's a problem with this...🤔
I think there might be a problem with the 1:1 coaching model.
Because many coaches I speak to reach a point where they love the client work yet start to feel like…
'There is only so much of me to go around.'
A full calendar looks wonderful from the outside.
But behind the scenes, it can mean back-to-back calls, little space for thinking, more energy spent, and very little time left for your own life.
And relying on the 1:1 model means there's no way to scale your business to make the level of income you want.
This is where the problem lies, I think.
