Introduction
Hi guys,
I will be working out of KW Boca Raton! I have been in real estate for the past 2 years in Boston, where I did leasing. My biggest obstacle right now is learning the new market I moved to as well as learning sales after transitioning from leasing. This week, I will be reviewing contracts so I can fully understand them and be able to fully explain them to clients. Additionally, I am going to learn how to conduct a CMA, with the goal of being able to list properties at the most optimal price for them to sell.
