I’m not saying this to sound deep. I’m saying it because it’s true.
You don’t evolve by adding more. You evolve by letting go of the version of you that keeps drifting back to comfort.
2026 is not a year for big promises. It's a year for standards.
So here is what I’m asking from you, as your Captain:
Leave everything better than you found it.
Become the best part of someone’s day.
Lead by example, even when nobody is watching.
If you’re 80, you still grow. If you’re alive, you still carry responsibility.
And yes, even the breath work we do is part of this.
Not just to breathe better, but to practice letting go.
To train your nervous system to obey you again.
Because the smallest things are never small.
How you leave a room matters.
How you shake someone’s hand matters.
How you treat people when you’re tired matters.
This year we kill drift.
We build the Lighthouse.
And we do it together.
