Inside this space, you’ll learn the foundations of heart rate based training and how it teaches you to listen to your body instead of pushing past it. This approach supports nervous system regulation, sustainable fitness, and the confidence to return to wellness at your own pace. Your fitness results start to progress at a steadier pace, because your mind and body learn to collaborate.
Through guided training sessions, education, and real-life application, I’ll share how heart rate training became the doorway back to my health, my identity, and ultimately my sobriety.
