Z Axis problem

hello, I'm new here but im CNC enthusiast, i'm doing cutting board wood inlay (broinwood style but not as nice ^^) i also just purchased a P2S Xtool CO2 laser :)

But i'm here because I have a TEN-HIGH 6090 CNC milling machine... chinese brand :(

and when i move the router up-down with the keyboard it "randomly" go up or down with a random up-down movement. for example if i try to go up it will start to go down for 1/4 sec and then go up. or just go the opposite way. anyone have an idea where it could come from ? stepper motor? controller? mach3 settings ?

Should i try to replace the stepper motor of the Zaxis with one from the x or y to see if the same problem happen ? or any suggestion?
