If an athlete establishes process goals but does not consistently practice them, how would you revise the goal-setting plan so the goals are collaborative, behaviorally specific, flexible, and integrated into the athlete’s daily training routine?
As this is the group part of our community & since we all have different levels of experience - I like to express what I have learned lately is after evaluation assessments and initial interviews to the application of interventions- as I learned to slow down the process and taking a deeper understanding of your client and what is the best prescription - the sequence & loops of behavioral patterns- I like to find the sports identity and sports egosytem - then start with any red flags and also their strengths for best available analysis to move forward - like to compare notes and discuss any difference between theoretical Bia- thank you
