Watch a number and breathe slowly. Each time your focus breaks, tap the button. Remember that the breath is your anchor. You're never lost, just back to the breath.
Lower score = stronger mind. Track your progress over time. As you get better you can close your eye & still use the button to count distractions.
End Goal
Close your eyes and direct your focus only to your breath — no outside thoughts interrupting. Pure, unbroken concentration.
