My working bouncing day/night shifts has taken my energy to focus on wholesale training as I planned. I know everyone must have experience with living in survival mode that takes from your quality of life. The very thing Tony has focused on training to pull up and out of. I’m leaving Utah or become homeless. Taking a contract in San Diego for 3 months. I plan to become more regular and finally study in detail the resources provided here.

A bunch of them are bouncing back, but honestly I’m just experimenting and learning as I go. One thing I realized: email has a big upside — you don’t risk violating texting laws, and you’re not disrespecting a tenant or owner with an unexpected text at the wrong time. Feels a lot cleaner and a lot safer. Not sure what the response rate will look like yet, but I’m in the lab testing everything I can. This business is really about staying curious, staying compliant, and staying consistent. If anybody else has tried an email-first approach, I’m open to any tips.
