How to dig deeper on sales calls (lesson learn from the sales mentorship I am part of)
Q: Curious to hear more, but if someone says the reason for why they wanna switch jobs(career coaching offer), and they say they’re stagnant and have no growth and their biggest goal is to actually grow, is it safe to assume I could have dug even a few layers deeper into it? A: yep - how long have they felt stuck, what sort of affect has that had on them feeling stuck, do they value growth, why do they say they value growth yet haven’t optimised for growth for X years? Hope it helps you guys to dig deeper!
