Organize the files, stop repeating yourself
I just watched the @iscalelabs breakdown of Jake’s system, and what caught my attention was how little he actually had to tell the agent once the files were set up right.
The “Control Your Agent” example was a good one. The AI started from one file, followed the instructions, found the other files it needed, and kept going without him having to explain every step in the chat.
The biggest thing I took from that is that I repeat myself to AI way too much. If the instructions are already written down in the right place, I shouldn’t have to keep explaining the same thing every time I start a new chat.
That’s something I can use in the system I’m building right now. I want the AI to know where to look, find the right information, and keep moving without me having to walk it through everything over and over.
