Hi everyone, I'm looking for recommendations on systems to manage communications between cleaners and customers, as well as job assignment solutions. My current challenges: - I'm personally coordinating all communications between cleaners and customers - This includes confirming arrivals, helping locate properties, and facilitating entry (especially for apartment complexes) - I'm notifying customers when cleaners arrive and when they're almost finished so customers can return home - Managing both sides is becoming very time-consuming - Ideally, I'd like a solution that doesn't require sharing customers' personal phone numbers with cleaners Additionally, I'm curious: - What systems are you using to assign jobs to cleaners? - How do you allow cleaners to input and update their availability? - What's your process in getting cleaners to mark themselves as unavailable for certain time slots?
