(Client Feedback Today) Accepting 3 More Clients This Month (Limited)
Wins like this are happening every week inside the Mentorship. This client just locked in a $1,000/month profit contract (after expenses), with two more deals about to start, and another factory contract launching this week. This is what happens when you plug into a proven system — done-with-you lead generation, in-house acquisition tools, proposal templates, coaching, and full support to scale fast. I’m only accepting 3 more serious cleaning business owners this month. After that, doors close. If you’re ready to stop winging it and want the blueprint that’s already working for others — apply now 👇 🔗 https://cleaninglaunch.com Let’s make your business the next success story. 👊

📢 Seeking Advice: Pricing & Proposal Help for High-Rise Cleaning Services
Hey everyone! I just had my first walk-through for a potential high-rise cleaning client in downtown, and I’d love your expertise. Here’s the ask: 1. Post-Construction Deep Cleaning (no furniture): Studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units. 2. Standard Cleaning (furnished): 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom/2-bath units. 3. Pricing Options: 4. Flexibility: The building does STR/monthly leases, so they need an on-call cleaner (no set schedule yet). Questions for the pros: - What would you charge for these services in a downtown high-rise? - Any tips for structuring the proposal email? (Or templates you swear by?) - Other advice for locking in this kind of client? Thanks in advance—you all are the best! 🙌

Seeking Advice: Customer-Cleaner Communication Systems
Hi everyone, I'm looking for recommendations on systems to manage communications between cleaners and customers, as well as job assignment solutions. My current challenges: - I'm personally coordinating all communications between cleaners and customers - This includes confirming arrivals, helping locate properties, and facilitating entry (especially for apartment complexes) - I'm notifying customers when cleaners arrive and when they're almost finished so customers can return home - Managing both sides is becoming very time-consuming - Ideally, I'd like a solution that doesn't require sharing customers' personal phone numbers with cleaners Additionally, I'm curious: - What systems are you using to assign jobs to cleaners? - How do you allow cleaners to input and update their availability? - What's your process in getting cleaners to mark themselves as unavailable for certain time slots? What platforms have worked well for your business to handle these communication and scheduling needs while maintaining customer privacy?
