This week's win: Invoice Autopilot saved 6 hours

Total time I spent on invoicing: about 12 minutes reviewing the AR aging report on Monday morning. A year ago that same volume would have been a full Friday afternoon. The tool stack running a 7-figure cleaning company
I get asked every week what tools we use at Big League Clean. Here's the honest answer with prices: Jobber: $149/mo (scheduling and dispatch) GoHighLevel: $97/mo (phone system and texts) Make.com: $10.59/mo (where most automations live) Claude Pro: $20/mo (proposals and meeting analysis) Google Workspace: $18/mo (email and docs) Notion: Free (every SOP in the business) Total: ~$315/mo running a 7 figure cleaning company.
