What is the best model and effort to use Claude? HELP

Hi everyone,

I need to know what should i use all the time..., I keep expiring my usage :( and i start using the credits and I don't want to keep adding more $$. I have the Pro Plan

I have tried to upload only MD files i convert all pdfs and everything into mds so it does not use tons of tokens but sometimes like today i run out super fast and it is very frustrating cause I need to work on a lot of things for my ad campaign and i just cannot move forward with my work so I am working on other things and using another IA :(
