Can't open or use the Sage skill set

Hi, I want to save the Sage Brand to my Claude SkillSet to use it to make artifacts, but i can't seem to open it from downloads. I already installed an MD reader but that does not work either. Then i asked Claude if he could open the Brand set but he also could not acces it. Can other download-open-save and use as a Skill in Claude? Please advise, thanks!
