Start here
Welcome. Quick orientation, then one thing I'd like you to do. Everyone in here already runs a business. You've got revenue, customers, and a week that's too full. Nobody is going to make you learn to code, and nothing in here assumes you already know what any of this stuff is called. So, the one thing. Drop a comment below with what your business does, roughly how big you are, and the single task that's eating your week. Be specific about that last part. "Admin" doesn't tell me anything. "I retype every order into QuickBooks by hand" tells me exactly where to point you first. I read every one of these and I reply myself. Not a template, not a link to a video. An actual answer for your situation. Two other things when you get a minute. There's a 90-second orientation in the Classroom under Module 1, and the Skool app is worth downloading because this reads much better on a phone. Last thing, because it sets the tone in here. We have a channel called Receipts, and the only rule in it is that every post has a number in it. Hours saved, dollars recovered, something you can actually measure. That channel is why this room will be worth your time instead of being another group you joined and muted. Harsh

Receipts: every post needs a number
One rule in this channel. Every post has a number in it. The format that works: Before: 6 hours a week matching invoices to payments After: 20 minutes, and it runs by itself on Sunday night What I used: Claude Code, plus one page describing how we actually do it That's the whole thing. Every time. If you can't put a number on it yet, that's completely fine. Post it in Wins instead and come back here once you can measure it. Most things start in Wins, so that isn't a demotion. Why I'm strict about this one. Numbers are the only thing that survives a skeptical operator. Every other AI group on the internet is full of screenshots of chat windows, and none of it tells you whether the thing actually worked. This channel is the reason ours will be worth reading. Blur anything sensitive. Nobody needs your client names.

Wednesday Wins. What did you get working?
Every Wednesday, same thread, same question. What did you get working this week? It really can be small. You got the thing installed. You saved a prompt you keep reusing instead of retyping it. You got a report to build itself on Sunday night instead of you building it Monday morning. You got an hour back. All of that counts, and small is honestly how this turns into something. You don't need a finished system to post here. "I got it installed and nothing caught fire" is a perfectly good first week. Everyone who posts goes into the monthly draw. Winner picks a free month, or thirty minutes with me on your business and your numbers. And if you've been reading without posting anything yet, this is the easiest place to start. Nobody is grading you.

Wednesday Wins. What did you get working?
Founders pricing, and when it goes up
Premium is $199 a month right now. That's the founders price, and if you join at it you keep it for as long as you stay subscribed. It goes to $299 once there are 100 paying members. That isn't a countdown that quietly resets every Monday. When it hits 100 it moves, and everyone already in stays at $199 permanently. I'll post the count here as it climbs so you can see it coming. Annual works out to $1,990, which is two months free. And if you're on the fence, don't take my word for any of this. Go read the Receipts channel for a week and decide from other people's numbers instead. That channel exists so you don't have to trust a sales page.

Weekly Q+A. Wednesdays, 3pm ET.
Every Wednesday at 3pm ET, for an hour. Bring one thing in your business that's slow or broken, and we'll build the fix live on the call. No slides. No theory. No roadmap of what we might cover next quarter. You describe the thing that's eating your week, we build it while everyone watches, and you walk away with it. Can't make it live? Every session gets recorded and posted to the Classroom within a day. Nobody should lose a month over a scheduling conflict. To get in the queue, post what you're stuck on in Ask the Floor before 3pm Wednesday. First come, first served. If the queue is empty we work on whoever turns up. This one's for Premium and VIP members.
