Start here: your 10-minute agent win

Don't start by watching everything. Start by doing one tiny job on your own machine.
Your first task:
1. Open Claude Code or Codex.
2. Point it at your Desktop or Downloads folder.
3. Guess how many old screenshots are sitting there.
4. Ask: "Find all screenshots older than two weeks and move them to the Trash."
5. Read the plan before you approve it. It should say Trash, not delete.
Then come back here and comment with two numbers:

Actual: __
That's the whole point of this group. Not more AI theory. A small real task, on real files, with you still in control.
