3 contributions to Claude Code & Codex for Work
Start here: your 10-minute agent win
Welcome 👋 Don't start by watching everything. Start by doing one tiny job on your own machine. Your first task: 1. Open Claude Code or Codex. 2. Point it at your Desktop or Downloads folder. 3. Guess how many old screenshots are sitting there. 4. Ask: "Find all screenshots older than two weeks and move them to the Trash." 5. Read the plan before you approve it. It should say Trash, not delete. Then come back here and comment with two numbers: Guess: __ Actual: __ That's the whole point of this group. Not more AI theory. A small real task, on real files, with you still in control. After that, take the free course: This Isn't Chat Anymore. It explains what just happened and why this is different from chatting with ChatGPT. If you want the full workflow for documents, inbox, reports, PDFs, browser research, and your own reusable agent brief, that's inside The Full Program. — Piotr

Example format from a live training I ran: Guess: 30 Actual: 92 The point is not the cleanup. The point is that one plain-English request can make the agent inspect real files, propose a safe action, and wait for your yes. Start small, then build from there.
The agent era, in one screenshot 🤖
Saw this floating around X and it's worth sitting with for a second: "The model is the new CPU. The harness is the new OS. Hallucinations are the new bugs. The context window is the new RAM. Skills are the new apps. Markdown files are the new config. Evals are the new QA. Context is the new moat. Permissions are the new firewall. Trust is the new bottleneck. Prompt is the new programming language. Agent is the new software. Anything you dream of, you can build. This is the greatest time ever to be building with computers." Strip away the tech metaphors and here's what it means for you in this course: you don't need to know what a CPU or an OS is. You need to know how to describe what you want clearly (the prompt), hand the agent the right files and context (the moat), and decide when to trust its work (the bottleneck). That's the whole game now — and it's exactly what we're practicing lesson by lesson. What's the first thing on your "anything you dream of" list you'd hand to an agent?

New members + course update 👋
Welcome to everyone who just joined 👋 Quick one for you: when an AI agent opens your real files, sees your plan, and waits for your yes before touching anything — how is that different from just chatting with ChatGPT? That's the whole first lesson, and it's free for everyone here: "This Isn't Chat Anymore." We also just went through every single lesson and added real screenshots of Claude Code and Codex in action — no more just reading about it, you can actually see what the Chat/Cowork/Code tabs and Codex's thread view look like before you open the apps yourself. If you're new: start with 1.0, it's four short lessons before you touch anything real. If you've been here a while — the full 20-lesson program is worth a second look, we tightened a bunch of it this week. 👉 Classroom: https://www.skool.com/claude-code-academy-7557/classroom What's the first thing you'd want to hand off to an agent, if you trusted it completely?
