- Clear the Path: Do you know exactly how you're hitting your Protein Floor tomorrow? If you don’t have a plan for your first few meals, you’re leaving your progress up to chance.
- Secure the Session: Look at your calendar. When are you stepping into the Lab this week? Block that time out now. Treat your training like a non-negotiable appointment.
