I’ve spent years in property building, refurbishing, investing, dealing with brokers, architects, spreadsheets, stress, and those moments where you think:
“This deal looks good… but I’m not fully sure.”
What I kept seeing (in myself and others) was that property isn’t actually complicated
it’s the decisions that get noisy.
Too many tabs.
Too many opinions.
Too much pressure to move fast.
So I built Clarity as a pause button.
Not a replacement for brokers.
Not a replacement for Rightmove.
Not another scary calculator.
