I’ve built something called Clarity that I wanted to share here.
It’s not a property calculator, not a portal like Rightmove, and not a course.
It’s a calm, first-pass decision tool that guides you through a property scenario and helps you pause, think through your options, and spot what you might need to look at next before committing time or money.
I built it after years in property, seeing people struggle not because they’re careless but because they don’t know what questions to ask early on.
It’s early and I’m genuinely looking for feedback rather than selling anything.
