I’m Lolita Reid, business coach, mentor, and founder of Project P.
I created the Clarity in Action Fleet for soul-led business owners who want to build structure, clarity, and confidence in their business while staying true to who they are and what they stand for.
My background combines a master’s in business with years of hands-on experience helping women turn confusion into clarity, self-doubt into confidence, and frustration into ease.
