Monday check-in for the Fleet
Let’s keep this simple and real. A question I often get is: "Do you need more clients?" Most people say yes straight away. But in business, that answer, without context, means little. Before thinking about more clients, pause and look at this: What is your target this month? What have you already achieved? What is the gap? Now bring it into today. How many clients do you realistically need this week? And more importantly, what needs to happen today to move that forward? Forget ten things and a long list. One or two clear actions. It could be: reaching out to 3 people following up on conversations sharing something valuable making an offer Keep it simple. Keep it focused. Clarity removes noise. And when the noise is gone, action becomes much easier. Clarity in Action step: Write down your number. How many clients do you need right now? Then decide: What is the one action you will take today to move closer to that number? If you are in, share your number and your action below. Let the Fleet support you. Make it so.

Mission Briefing: 7-Day Money Clarity Challenge
A while ago, I mentioned that I would be running a 7-Day Money Clarity Challenge. Life and business got busy, and I did not commit to holding it at that time. But we are getting closer, and I will be announcing the date soon. For now, I want you to get familiar with what the challenge is all about. I have attached: $ the workbook $ and a short NotebookLM video explainer Take a look when you have a moment. This will be one of our upcoming Fleet missions, and when we start, I will guide you live each day, step by step. For now, just go through it and notice what stands out for you. More details coming soon. Till then: get clear, get confident and make it happen.

@Erika Plepyte, I hope it will be useful!
ChatGPT Images 2.0
Good morning. I was testing something new this morning and thought I would share it with you because it is genuinely useful. ChatGPT Images 2.0 has now been rolled out, and the quality is on a completely different level. We are not just talking about nice-looking images. It can now create very polished, almost studio-level visuals that you could easily use for your business without needing a designer for every small task. What stood out for me is that it also handles text inside images really well. That means you can create things like: 🌟 posters for your events 🌟 simple menus or service lists 🌟 social media graphics with clean text 🌟 quick visuals for your offers And it does it in minutes. If you have been putting off posting because you did not have the “right image” or felt your visuals were not good enough, this removes that barrier completely. Clarity first, then action. Tools like this speed up the action part. Clarity Boost: If you have one idea sitting in your head right now, turn it into a simple visual today. No overthinking, create and share. If you want support turning your ideas into a clear plan you can actually follow, you know where to find me.

@Erika Plepyte, I missed couple of our meetings. Something was always happening the same time as the events in the group. Apologies!

@Erika Plepyte, we absolutely must to meet and talk!
What do you want?
Such a simple question. Surprisingly, many business owners do not know what they actually want. And when we don't know what we want, external noise can disrupt our operations. It also influences how we make decisions. Or not. How we price our services. Yes, knowing what you want is a part of your business planning. It must be. And it's not fun. I mean, who loves planning all the time? No need to be that extreme. So today I want to invite us to find time and reflect on the following: When my business is ideal and aligned, this is what happens….. Go and describe your perfect business in one day, one week, one month, one lightyear… See it and feel it in your soul. Blessings to all 🖖🙌

@Erika Plepyte that meme is spot on! There was a man living somewhere who was constantly asking God, “God, give me something!” God eventually lost patience and one day appeared before the man and said, “Listen! For goodness’ sake, tell me what you want.” The man looked at God and replied, “I do not know what I want. I just know I want a lot.”

Why I do not believe in traditional business plans
I have been looking into how business planning is changing, and it has confirmed something I have long felt. The traditional business plan does not really work for most solopreneurs. It is not that planning is not important. It is. But the way we have been taught to do it often ends up as something that sits in a drawer and never gets used. What I am seeing now is a shift towards something much more practical. People are moving away from long documents and starting to use simple systems that help them think, decide, and take action. Tools like Notion, Airtable, and even ChatGPT are being used to build what some call a business operating system. In simple terms, it is something you actually come back to and use every week, not something you write once and forget. There is also a strong move towards simplicity. People want clarity, not complexity. One page, clear priorities, and knowing what matters right now. Frameworks like the Business Model Canvas are still useful, but they are no longer the end goal. They are just a starting point to help you see the bigger picture. The part that stood out the most for me is this. More and more people are realising that the business has to fit the person behind it. Not just the market, not just the trends, but you. Your values, your energy, your way of working. And this is exactly where most tools fall short. They can help you organise things. They can help you track what needs to be done. They can even generate ideas for you. But they cannot tell you what is right for you or what you should focus on next. That is where clarity comes in. And that is why I keep saying that your business is an extension of you. If you are not clear, the business will not be clear either. It really is that simple. So instead of asking what tool you should use, a better question might be whether what you have right now is actually helping you make decisions. If not, something needs to change. Clarity first. Then decisions. Then a simple plan. Then action.
