Computer Basics I is a beginner-friendly course designed for anyone who wants to understand computers, build confidence, and learn how to use basic technology the right way. This course walks students through the fundamentals of using a computer, including computer parts, operating systems, files and folders, mouse and keyboard skills, internet basics, safety, and simple troubleshooting.

You are building a tiny business phone system: - **1 router** acts like the office gateway and phone system. - **1 switch** separates normal computer traffic from phone traffic. - **2 IP phones** register to the router. - **2 PCs** plug into the phones and get normal network access.
