Wanting ideas for upcoming market…

Hi guys! I have an upcoming market and I wanted to make some things on the knitting machine to sell. So far I’ve made a few beanies (since the weather is still cold) and am currently working on making a phone purse.

I want to make toys and stuffies like frogs, bunnies and chickens but since I have a 48 pin miaoke machine (I’ve heard it’s similar to a sentro/addi) I can’t make small toys on it (like the photos attached).

Would love if I could get suggestions/tutorials for what of make.
